How do I return an item?
We are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your product! We want to make sure you have the ability to return or exchange your product, so please read the guidelines below regarding your specific situation.
TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
If you would like to return/exchange item(s), please contact our customer service team. Please provide the item number that you will be returning, and they will provide you with a RMA number. Please write this number on the outside of the box and ship the returning item to our address listed below.
All returns must arrive back to us within 30 days of original ship date from our factory. Items returned must be undamaged, unworn, in sellable condition, all at our discretion. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs/responsibilities to return items to the factory. All returns/exchanges must have a corresponding RMA number or they will not be accepted. We will not ship back items that are mistakenly shipped to us or shipped to us without an RMA generated first. You will receive a refund within 15 days of our receipt of the item.
